Job Description
Responsibilities

Manage assigned components and materials by consolidating requirements and issuing purchase orders, ensuring timely availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Update commercial conditions, identify and qualify alternative suppliers, and adhere to project procurement timelines in close collaboration with Customer Buyers.

Monitor material availability and proactively mitigate delivery delays through effective coordination with suppliers and the internal Production Planning and Scheduling (PPS) department.

Expedite deliveries in response to urgent requirements (pull-ins), manage order modifications resulting from production changes or cancellations, and ensure accurate and timely updates in SAP (SCX).

Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes by proposing procurement optimizations, providing recommendations to strategic procurement, and supporting automated inventory replenishment initiatives (e.g., VSA, EDI).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in SAP for all assigned components, including pricing, commercial terms, packaging specifications, and safety stock parameters.

Collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders—including planners, strategic and customer buyers, Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), and suppliers—to ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant procurement operations.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational procurement within the electronics industry

Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including development, production, quality, and logistics.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Proficiency in SAP (procurement and inventory management modules) and strong command of MS Office tools.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
