About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining the performance, appearance, and lifecycle of our prefabricated booths by delivering high-quality installation and service directly at customer sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing structural, mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic work, ensuring systems such as HVAC and plumbing are fully functional, and applying weatherproofing solutions to extend booth longevity.

Duties and Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites to complete installations, warranty repairs, and service modifications.

Repair or replace components such as doors, windows, and frames.

Address structural issues to maintain integrity and safety.

Repair body damage, including dents, scratches, and other cosmetic issues.

Conduct painting work to restore or refresh booth appearance.

Apply weatherproofing and sealants to prevent leaks and environmental damage.

Ensure proper functionality of HVAC systems.

Inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing systems as needed.

Manage electrical and mechanical repairs for proper operation.

Document work performed and ensure customer satisfaction with completed projects.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:

5-7 years of hands-on experience in field service, facility maintenance, or construction trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC).

Demonstrated ability to perform structural and mechanical repairs, including doors, windows, and framing.

Experience with bodywork, painting, and surface finishing.

Knowledge of weatherproofing techniques, sealant application, and preventive maintenance practices.

Familiarity with diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Previous customer-facing fieldwork experience, with proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience documenting work performed, and maintaining service records.

Maintain the drive and discipline to see actions and projects through without compromising schedule or internal/external customer experience.

Willingness to work in a highly collaborative atmosphere within a team, while also able to work independently as needed.

Excellent English communication skills to convey priorities, statuses and resource needs.
