Project Manager – Manufacturing Startups & Line Transfers

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with proven experience in manufacturing line transfers and new plant startups within the electronics industry, preferably in PCB assemblies and/or wire harnesses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate projects involving production line transfers and plant startups.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver project timelines and progress presentations to stakeholders.
• Oversee and control plant startup budgets and capital expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality.
• Provide strong leadership to project teams, fostering accountability and results-driven execution.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing project management, preferably in the electronics industry (PCB and/or harnesses).
• Strong background in vendor management, budget control, and timeline execution.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid US visa and availability for travel as required.
