Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Managers to streamline and enhance field operations.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations using the company’s ERP system.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to address and fulfill customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations and orders to ensure clear and timely communication with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems for quoting and data management.
- US Valid Visa
- Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
