Molded Foam Supervisor 

Job Summary:

We seek a highly qualified Molded Foam Supervisor to join our production team. The selected candidate oversees daily production activities within the molded foam department, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This role involves managing personnel, coordinating schedules, troubleshooting equipment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily molded foam production activities to meet output goals.
• Monitor and adjust processes to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and production schedules.
• Lead, train, and mentor team members in proper molding and foam production techniques.
• Schedule work shifts and assign tasks based on production requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent defects and maintain high-quality standards.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of molding machines and equipment.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Maintain and update documentation for production procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and conducting safety training.
• Respond to and investigate accidents or incidents, implementing corrective measures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in foam molding, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with foam molding processes and machinery. 

• Experience with production management systems (ERP).
• Green belt of Black Belt certified
• 60% English Language.-Writen/Read/Spoken
