NAPS is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Control Analyst (QCA) to join our team supporting credit card and financial services products.

In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating customer-facing applications, websites, payment portals, mobile applications, and internal systems before they are released to end users. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure new products, enhancements, and updates function properly and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in manual testing, quality assurance, business operations, product support, or project-based environments who enjoy identifying issues, documenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

 

What You'll Do

  • Execute manual testing of new products, system enhancements, websites, mobile applications, and customer-facing tools.
  • Review business requirements and create test plans to validate functionality.
  • Perform testing in staging and sandbox environments before product launches.
  • Identify, document, and report defects, issues, and inconsistencies.
  • Track testing activities and project progress using project management tools such as ClickUp.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients throughout project implementation and testing cycles.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, testing results, and project records using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss project requirements, testing results, and implementation plans.
  • Support onboarding efforts for new clients and new product initiatives.
  • Ensure products and services meet quality standards before deployment.

 

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently after completing training.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), or Manual Testing.
  • Experience testing websites, mobile applications, software platforms, or internal business systems.
  • Experience writing test plans, documenting test results, or creating process documentation.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Previous experience in financial services, banking, credit card operations, fintech, or related industries.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients.

Schedule

Monday through Friday with flexible start times:

  • 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Additional hours may be required based on project needs.
