Sr. Sourcing Specialist

Requirements

• Engineering degree or related field.
• Direct experience in NPI / New Product Development.
• Ability to work with drawings, specifications, BOMs, and engineering changes (ECO/ECN).
• Experience working directly with Engineering on DFM/DFA, manufacturability, and solving technical problems with suppliers.
• Experience in supplier development, RFQs, cost analysis, and supplier selection for new products.
• Practical knowledge of APQP, PPAP, tooling, FAI, and production readiness.
• Good project management skills and ability to work within a structured NPI/PMO process.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in ERP systems.
• Availability to travel (valid passport and visa required).

Responsibilities

• Act as Supply Chain leader for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, from concept phase to production launch.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program Management teams to ensure the successful commercialization of products.
• Identify, evaluate, qualify, and onboard suppliers capable of meeting new product requirements, cost targets, quality expectations, and launch timelines.
• Lead supplier engagement during design and development phases to support Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA) initiatives, cost optimization, and supply chain risk mitigation.
