Position Overview

The Projects Engineer will drive planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects in line with corporate requirements and client specifications. Serving as a key liaison across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams, the successful candidate will ensure that project milestones are met on-time, within scope, and within budget—while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Allocate and track resources—human, technological, and financial.
  • Utilize project planning tools (Gantt charts, KPIs, reporting).
  • Oversee cross-functional teams and mentor project staff.
  • Coordinate prototype builds, validation, and production launches.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and performance issues.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO quality and manufacturing standards.
  • Drive cost-saving and efficiency-improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related.
  • 3–5 years of experience leading engineering or NPI/NPD projects.
  • Strong skills in project management (budget, schedule, scope).
  • Understanding of electrical processes, metals, molding, and Lean.
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings and part cost estimation.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis (P&L).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO systems and Lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Prior exposure to electrical infrastructure or digital systems projects.
