The AI Program Analyst will support PDTE’s AI initiatives with a focus on consolidating and standardizing AI-related efforts across the organization. The goal is to enable consistent tracking, reporting, and visibility of AI programs.
The ideal candidate profile is someone comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, program management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help inventory, document, and track AI initiatives in a standardized manner
  • Support program management activities, including follow-ups, status tracking, and documentation
  • Work with Microsoft AI tools, including Copilot, to help record and manage program details
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent reporting and governance processes across AI programs

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in program analysis, project coordination, operations, or technical program support, preferably in a software, data, or AI related environment.
  • Strong interest in AI and technology, with the ability to understand and follow technical discussions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow through.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including demonstrated expertise creating professional PowerPoint presentations and executive‑ready slide decks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including large group and leadership‑level forums.
  • Experience working with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint, dashboards, meeting artifacts).
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power BI (preferred but not required)
  • Visa status (nice to have, not a requirement)
