Import Export Supervisor Jr

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field 
• Conversational English.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Annex 24 System management (SEER desirable).
• General operations experience.
• Sectoral Programs.
• Expertise in maritime shipments, procedures with shipping companies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the achievement of time and procedure objectives in handling paperwork according to the department's established metrics.
• Guide the team when questions arise about executing a work instruction or provide direction to respond to any extraordinary issues raised by clients or suppliers.
• Ensure the team completes customs documentation closing correctly and on time, applying benefits allowed by government programs.

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, scheduled Saturday shifts depending on operations.
