We are searching for a strategic operations leader with a proven track record in consumer electronics manufacturing focusing on leading the initial operational phase, leveraging expertise in production layout design, high-performance team building to ensure the company's success. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Plant Setup & Launch
  • Lead site selection, planning, construction, and equipment procurement in compliance with corporate standards and local regulations.
  • Develop startup plans, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time operational launch.
  • Establish management systems (production processes, quality control, safety protocols).

  • Execute production plans to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
  • Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and oversee equipment maintenance/upgrades.
• Team Leadership 
  • Recruit, train, and manage factory teams, fostering a positive work culture and compliance with labor laws.
• Quality & Compliance 
  • Implement quality management systems aligned with company/client standards.
  • Ensure adherence to Mexican environmental, safety, and labor regulations; address quality complaints.
• Cost Control 
  • Develop annual budgets, monitor spending, analyze costs, and propose profitability improvements.
• Supply Chain & Client Relations
  • Coordinate supply chain logistics for timely material procurement and maintain client communication.
• Strategic Support:
  
  • • Provide operational data and insights to support Mexico market strategy; report to BU heads on production/financial/quality metrics.
      Qualifications:

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electronic Engineering or related field. 
• 10+ years in manufacturing, including 5+ years as Plant Manager (or equivalent) in a consumer electronics company.
• Mexico plant setup/management experience (Preferred).
• Expertise in plant operations (production/quality/supply chain).
• Strong leadership, knowledge of Mexican laws/standards.
• Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.
