A high‑performance coated fabrics manufacturing company is looking for an Import – Export Analyst.

Objective

Manage import - export formalities, review inventories, coordinate logistics, and provide customer service support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze options to document and coordinate northbound/southbound shipment logistics and track materials in transit.
• Prepare all required documentation for U.S. and Mexico customs (invoices, equipment control, import/export materials documentation, etc.).
• Track shipments through final delivery confirmation.
• Use the ERP system to extract information for foreign trade operations.
• Participate in activities such as inventory reconciliations, balance adjustments and related processes.
• Work with different shipping methods including UPS, FedEx, LTL, and international freight.
• Generate UPS/FedEx labels for outbound shipments.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Import/Export operations.
• Knowledge of documentation and import/export procedures.
• Advanced English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, highly organized, results‑oriented, and proactive.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, based in Terán Terán
