Objective:
We are looking for interns to support our team in developing and documenting standardized processes. Their focus would be on the Production or Quality departments to assist in the creation, documentation, and implementation of standardized workflows—thereby enabling consistent, efficient, and high-quality operations across both areas.

Key Responsibilities for Interns:

• Assist in mapping current processes and identifying opportunities for standardization.

• Document process steps clearly and suggest improvements.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align procedures between Production and Quality.

• Support the development of templates, checklists, and training aids.

• Aid in pilot testing standardized workflows and capturing feedback for refinements.

Requirements: 

• Knowledge in Microsoft 365 and SolidWorks

• Active students of careers such as Industrial Engineering and related fields

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Proactive attitude, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

• English proficiency to facilitate communication within the departments. 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Duration: 6 months
