We’re looking for an RF Equipment Support Analyst to assist with the planning, maintenance, and operations of our measurement and test equipment (M&TE) used in engineering and manufacturing. This role blends logistics, hands-on support, and prototype assembly to ensure equipment reliability and lab efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate M&TE procurement, calibration, and inventory.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support system integration.
  • Install and configure M&TE systems and applications.
  • Assemble and rework prototypes, including wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
  • Maintain lab layout and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in technical support or similar roles.
  • Experience with M&TE, soldering, and mechanical assembly.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with help desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • BS in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
