Job Title: Experienced Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Account Manager to join our team and drive sales in the custom automation sector. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience selling custom automation solutions. This role will support both our Mexico team in expanding our customer base and delivering high-value automation solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing customers in the automation industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales goals and technical capabilities.
  • Provide expert consultation on custom automation solutions to clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Report sales performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in selling custom automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of automation technology and industry trends.
  • Experience working with automation companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network of contacts within the automation industry.
  • Technical background in automation or engineering.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
