Medical company is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. 

General Function: 

Responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, equipment, and parts, in warehouse including but not limited to the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Send and receive materials.
• Monitoring the expiration date of materials, warning before expiration and scrapping after expiration.
• Register all records of warehouse.
• Responsible for periodical warehouse counting, ensure the compliance between account and goods.
• Arrange the return for the raw materials which has physical inventory, when necessary.
• Daily update of the chemical account according to the chemical requisitioning.
• Survey the environment of semi-finished products warehouse, maintaining good environment during the non-working hours.
• Inventory physical counting and reconciliation process with accounting record.
• Warehouse space planning.
• Order process and finished product inventory.
• Order packaging info and documents.
• Raw material and finished products in-and-out of warehouse.
• Inventory report, receiving/shipping documents, distribution cost.
• Supplier delivery, material return, raw material receiving notice.
• Cross training of warehouse staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least  3  years warehouse/inventory experience required.
• 1 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced english.

To work from Monday to Friday in Parque Industrial "El Pacífico".
