We are currently looking for a Validation and Verification Engineer (V&V Engineer) who is enthusiastic about driving technological innovation in the manufacturing environment. In this role, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing test plans and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will also collaborate closely with the engineering team to identify, analyze, and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle.

About the Role:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures for software and hardware products.
• Design and implement automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to verify product requirements.
• Identify, document, and track software and hardware defects using issue-tracking systems.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and other engineering activities to ensure testability and quality.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test specifications, test reports, and test matrices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related science or technology field.
• 3 years of professional experience in similar positions.
• Proven experience in software and hardware verification and validation testing.
• Valid visa to visit the US.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in owning quality and testing applications end to end, including executing tests, documenting results, and diagnosing problems.
• Experience testing embedded applications and connected devices.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog/tracking tools.
