- 5+ Years of experience delivering engineering solutions including Fixture design, concept and validation.
- 5+ Years of experience in support or programming on any of the following Structural Test platforms.

- Supports the Test Development Leader to deploy the Test Strategy Collaborate with Peers and Test Development Engineers in order to find the best fit Solutions
- Make use of the Test Development Procedures and Tools, in order to Effectively Document the Test Development Quote and Development Processes, promotes Standardization.
- Demonstrate high levels of Internal and External Customers Focus and Service attitude.
- Ensure Effective Communication with customers and suppliers
- Develop and Implements Improvement Plans to Existing Products.
- Drive acquisition of necessary Equipment and Gear.
- Perform CPK and GR&R. ensure all improvement Actions identified in the released Cycle are completed and effective.
- Upgrade to the test equipment when required
- Provide tools and spare parts needed for maintenance and repairing tasks.
- Validate new product and equipment introductions

RESPONSABILIDADES I FUNCIONES
(Responsibilities - Functions)
- Responsible of customer property identification and Integrity, ensure customer Satisfaction is guaranteed
- Supervises the activities of the Test fixtures and Test Equipment and continuously monitor Performance under Area of Responsibility.
- Monitor and control the performance of existing testing equipment by properly Documenting Actions in the Test Engineering Formats, assessing effectiveness along with the Test Leader for FPY, False rejects.
- Downtime and Diagnostics/Repair WIP. Maintain continually updated the Test Assets Inventory, Customer Property and Instruments, Variosystems Property and Instruments, Golden Samples, Diagnostics Tools and Instrumentation, Spare Parts; the Test Engineer is responsible for the Full Life Cycle of the assigned Test Assets.
- Participates in the Engineering Change Management, evaluates impact on Test Assets and Escalate to the Test Manager in the ease a major change is required or any Software Change is required to determine course of Action to Test Related ECO/ECN Activities
- Assess assigned Test and Diagnostics Performance towards Continual Improvement; implement the necessary training for the Area of Responsibility.

Job Description: Utilize your experience and knowledge to purchase production materials, and sub-assemblies in support of the company’s operations utilizing new and/or existing suppliers. Manage quality, cost, and on-time delivery of goods and services of assigned supply base.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on the open PO report.
- Develop robust savings and negotiation plan.
- Actively participate in supplier selection.
- Request quotes from different suppliers to optimize costs and delivery times.
