Se solicita Técnico en Mantenimiento

Diagnosticar problemas eléctricos, mecánicos, hidráulicos, neumáticos en la instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de diversos equipos tales como: máquina tejedora, cortadoras y prensas.
Actividades:
1. Solucionar problemas hidráulicos, mecánicos, neumáticos y eléctricos.
2. Diagnosticar fallas en el equipo y llevar a cabo las reparaciones requeridas.
3. Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo del equipo.
4. Cumplir con los requerimientos del Sistema de Calidad ISO-IAFT-16949.
5. Cumplir con lo estipulado en el Reglamento Interior de Trabajo.
6. Realizar otras actividades que le sean asignadas de acuerdo a su puesto.
Experiencia en prensas hidráulicas, máquinas automatizadas o semiautomática, con circuitos neumáticos, motores eléctricos monofásicos y trifásicos, instalaciones eléctricas industriales y control eléctrico.
Requerimientos:
- Carrera técnica en electromecánica o electrónica.
- Experiencia como técnico en mantenimiento (5 años).
- Inglés técnico.

Position Summary
Manage operations and continuous improvements of the key quality systems including CAPAs, Deviations, Supplier Control, Audit Program and Technical Support, to ensure compliance with federal and global regulatory requirements. Oversee performance of the Quality teams and provides expertise to ensure the processes are well established and Quality Objectives are met. Analyzes trending data to proactively identify and alert senior management of quality issues. Provides recommendations for process improvements and ensures the improvements are implemented and achieved.
Conducts training sessions to improve the culture of compliance and to ensure Quality processes are understood and followed across the company. Support external audits and will serve as the subject matter expert for key subsystems, communicating with regulatory bodies. Assists with the maintenance of the Validation Program, Product Inspection and other Quality Assurance activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
CAPAs
- Overall management of the company’s CAPA program.
- Conduct site-wide training on the CAPA program and its best practices, including Root-cause analysis and Risk Assessment.
- Work with CAPA owners and provide guidance and expertise on all stages of the CAPA lifecycle.
- Trending and analysis of CAPA data.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of the CAPA files and practices.
- Act as SME for CAPAs during Regulatory and Customers audits.

Education and/or Experience
BS/BA degree in a science-related or technical field.
Must have a minimum of 5 years Quality Systems experience, with minimum 3 years in management or supervisory role, preferably with IVD or Medical Device companies.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of QSRs & ISO 13485:2016;
- Previous experience with participating in regulatory agency inspections.
- Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to carry out assignments in a timely, accurate manner and accomplishing tasks as required with little or no supervision.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, engage resources and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player;
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented and able to maintain precise records;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills;
Language Skills
English fluency required. To perform this job, one must have the ability to convey detailed information in English, orally and in writing. It is also necessary to be able to clearly write routine reports and correspondence. One must have proven ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employee in the organization.

The Plant Controller develops and supervises the Financial and Control Systems, responsible for the day to day financial and operational support. This position is responsible for internal controls, the monthly accounting close, productivity reviews. Prepares reports of the Financial Position of the Company as pertaining to the areas of Income, Costs, Expenditures and Profits based on Budgets and Financial Projections.
Coordinates and authorizes the preparation of reports for Government Agencies (Local, State and Federal.
Formulates, Negotiates and Manages the Organization’s Objectives and Budgets, as well as the Strategies and Action Plans to Achieve those Objectives. Validates and Authorizes Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsible for Selecting, Training, Motivating and Developing his/her Staff as well as acting as a Facilitator. Responsible for Managing Subordinate’s Performance. Also Responsible for promoting and maintaining Interdepartmental harmony.
The ideal candidate must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. MBA preferred.
5 years minimum experience in a leadership position within finance and accounting management.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices in manufacturing industry.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills required.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
