As a the company Quality Engineer, you will plan, implement, and manage compliance of ISO Audits.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and analytical tools.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to understand role requirements clearly.Develop and/or deliver training material, process documents, and templates for ISO certifications and/or external certifications; oversees the development of process documents and templates across different teams.

Level of Responsibility:

  • Works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Provides supervision/guidance to other team members.
  • Decision-making is significant in nature and affects work beyond immediate work group.
  • Tasks do not have defined steps; planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Has led audits of different development processes and is comfortable with assessments and reporting Quality metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with managing internal assessments.
  • Structured problem-solving capability and ability to work with teams on root cause analyses.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in audits/assessments to ISO9001 standard.
  • Achieved certification as Lead or Internal Auditor to ISO 9001: 2015, IATF16949 Lead or Internal Auditor, ISO 26262 Functional Safety, Automotive SPICE.
