Job Description
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Deploy and maintain desktop, thin client stations
- Deploy and maintain printers, scanners, and other input devices
- Deploy and maintain desktop phones, soft-phones, and conference room equipment
- Operate and maintain local area networks, track significant problems and monitor performance
- Ensure that all IT equipment complies with industry standards
- Analyze and resolve issues, whether it is a major system crash or a forgotten password;
- Train and support users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence
- Participate in both long and short term technology planning `
- Maintain material traceability as required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to users
- 10 years of experience or higher
- Computers and related technologies
- Components of local area networks
- Local area network architecture
- Microsoft operating systems Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 201x
- Microsoft products such as Office 2016, Office 365, Teams
- Understanding of thin client technology Citrix, RDS
- Knowledge of Windows Active Directory , AzureAD
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
