Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of NPI projects.

Manage and oversee multiple NPI projects concurrently, maintaining ownership of schedules and delivery targets.

Ensure all documentation meets compliance and quality requirements. Support risk assessments and actively contribute to risk mitigation strategies.

Supervise prototype and 0-series production phases. Provide hands-on support across all production steps in close coordination with operators, process engineers, and production specialists.

Manage Problem Resolution Teams (PRTs) and liaise with external suppliers as needed.

Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures while working to optimize production workflows in collaboration with process engineers.

Support adherence to Engineering Change Order (ECO) procedures and relevant work instructions across all projects.

Identify critical paths in project plans and proactively develop contingency strategies to mitigate risks.

Track project intake, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects remain on schedule.

Monitor the progress of all NPI projects to ensure alignment with design specifications, procedural standards, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to develop and implement comprehensive manufacturing plans.

Define initial production routes and establish cycle times for new products.

Review assembly drawings to identify critical notes and process-specific requirements.

Gather process and product data throughout the NPI phase and recommend improvements based on findings.

Prepare tooling quotes required for transitioning to mass production, as identified by process engineers.

Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate performance reports.

Actively monitor and support NPI projects in collaboration with process engineering teams.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in BBA (Box Build Assembly)

Strong knowledge of IPC standards.

Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
