Customer Experience Associate 

Description and Details of the Activities

  • Assists customers in navigating the company’s website, as well as creating or modifying custom designs.
  • Prepares quotes for each client.
  • Serves as a point of contact between clients and different departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follows up with clients and ensures that the sales and customer service departments meet their needs.
  • Ensures the quality and effectiveness of their work, immediately notifying the Service Process Supervisor and/or Operations Manager of any issues identified so that appropriate support can be provided.
  • Supports the follow-up and investigation of customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Maintains effective communication with various departments.
  • Provides support and training to colleagues to ensure the optimal performance of their duties.
  • Ensures compliance with work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Provides technical support to clients for placing orders through the online portal, via phone, email, or chat.

Experience and Requirements

  • High school diploma or completed degree.
  • Computer proficiency and strong typing skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • +2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
