Design Engineer / Stand Designer
Exhibition Stands, Advertising Displays & Commercial Fixtures

Are you passionate about transforming ideas into impactful visual experiences? We are looking for a creative and technical professional to join our team in the design and development of exhibition stands, advertising displays, commercial fixtures, and branding solutions.

In this role, you will turn concepts into functional, innovative, and manufacturable designs that deliver strong visual impact while meeting customer expectations, project timelines, and production requirements.

What you will do

• Develop 3D concepts, renderings, layouts, and technical drawings for exhibition stands, point-of-sale displays, commercial furniture, signage, and advertising structures.
• Interpret client needs, brand guidelines, and commercial requirements to create attractive and functional design proposals.
• Prepare technical documentation including production drawings, bills of materials, dimensions, and assembly specifications.
• Work closely with production, purchasing, and project teams to ensure technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Adapt designs according to materials, manufacturing processes, transportation, installation requirements, and project budgets.
• Propose design improvements, material alternatives, and construction solutions that optimize cost, lead time, and functionality.
• Provide technical support during fabrication, assembly, and installation when required.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience designing exhibition stands, advertising displays, retail fixtures, signage, or visual merchandising projects.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, or similar 3D design software.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with wood, metal, acrylic, vinyl, printed graphics, and modular systems.
• Strong creativity combined with practical understanding of manufacturability and execution.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
