Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the inventory control system, conducting periodic audits of the database, ensuring that the Annex 24 download system is conducted in accordance with the deadlines set by Customs Law and the control mechanisms allowed by the same law.
• Constant communication and collaboration with personnel responsible for the inventory control system, developing strategies and procedures to ensure the accuracy of foreign trade inventory levels (Annex 24).
• Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable provisions to Annexes 24 and 30; oversee and control import customs declarations and merchandise deadlines in accordance with applicable provisions to LA, IMMEX, CIVA of Annexes 24 and 30; monitor the SCCyG Account Statement; supervise download activity, balance control, and temporary import deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position.
• Advanced knowledge of Annex 24 and 30, Customs Law.
• Knowledge of IMMEX, CIVA, SCCyG.
