Responsable de dar generar y dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas externas.
Responsable de dar cumplimiento de estándar de Calidad ISO 9001/2015.
Responsable de dar cumplimiento de estándar UL/CSA
Comunicación directa con Corporativo
Encabeza y participa en proyectos de equipos multifuncionales de mejora continua.
Realiza análisis de maquinaria y equipo y recomienda opciones para mejorar los procesos.
Desarrolla, modifica y mantiene procedimientos.
Requerimientos:
Escolaridad: Ingeniería terminada. Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en puesto similar manufactura de cable y arneses. Conocimiento IPC 620 Conocimiento Moldeo por inyección (Plus) Idioma: Inglés mínimo 90% (Indispensable) Manejo de paquetería Office Visa y Pasaporte vigente (Indispensable) **Para trabajar en parque Industrial las Arboledas **Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 7:00am a 5:30pm |

-Toma de tiempos
-BOM
-Routing
-Proyectos de mejora continua
-Rediseño de Layouts (Manejo de autocad), Fixturas, Maquinado
-Interpretacion de planos, estudio de tiempos
-Creacion de Hoja de Operaciones
-Lanzamiento y revalidacion de NPI
Requisitos:
-1 año de experiencia minimo en Industria (como practicas o ingeniero junior)
-Carrera terminada
-Ingles avanzado (Indispensable)
-Conocimiento en Lean Manufacturing

The ideal candidate for this position has a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service. This position requires an individual who enjoys working with people over phone and email. A highly motivated self-starter with the capacity to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically. As well as, the ability to adapt to all types of people and situations. He/She is motivated to complete tasks while embracing a successful and positive attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves customers via phone and email by providing the following product and service requests:

- Quoting.
- Entering Sample requests.
- Entering product art layout requests and sending completed mock-up back to customer.
- Checking on order status.
- Answering product and service questions.
- Suggesting products and services that suits customer specifications.
- Communicating with sales when customers request high quantity orders, custom or import product.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Educate customers on website tools and resources.
- Provide customers with current promotions, new product information, and specials.
- Contributes and collaborate with sales team to accomplish goals as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Fluent in English. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally both over the phone and through email.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email
- 1 year or more experience in Customer Service.
- Strong Active Listening skills
- Resolving conflict
- Multi-tasking
- Be able to use proper grammar in written communication.
- Customer experience centric.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
