ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Process purchase orders (changes, modificatios, cancelations, addins) 
  • Confirm all necessary information to proceed with the order
  • Use variety of resources to answer questions from customer 
  • Main customer contact for purchase orders
  • Main contact with Order entry team about purchase orders
  • Train to help in any other Order Support areas as needed (including but not limited to Cover pages/Creating new orders, revisions, art approvals, resolutions)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bilingual 90%
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar position
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to navigate through computer systems such as CRM, WMS, Fishbowl, Outlook, Excel (can train on programs as needed)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both written and verbal 
  • High level of integrity
