Position Responsibilities:

The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for MRO purchasing and assisting buyers with PO updates for inventory and non-inventory. This function will be responsible for tactical purchasing related activities and supporting team members. 



  • Helps manage and purchase MRO, Labels & Ribbons, VMI, and support various Kanban onsite programs.
  • Communicates Supply Chain challenges with Buyer/Sr. Buyer and Management and assists with alternative options.
  • Supports expedites, shortages, past due, open non-inventory, late and upcoming reports and purchase order maintenance for Buyer team.
  • Manages materials and processes pertaining to NCMR, RMA, SCAR, and Credit/replacement processing.
  • Assists with NAFTA certificates, HTS, and Country of Origin requirements.
  • Assists with monthly subcontracting inventory reconciliation.
  • Assists in other day-to-day, ad-hoc requirements as directed.



Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is a strong requirement.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • Willingness to assist and support a diverse group of procurement professionals.
  • Strong desire to grow in the purchasing/supply chain function.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Suite of products
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good math aptitude, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Brings sense of urgency with daily work.
  • Ability to be a team player in a growing, dynamic fast paced environment
  • Strong partnership and team skills
  • Ability to focus on execution
