Communicates with customers by answering product and service questions
Opens customer accounts by recording account information
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Addresses product or service problems with customers
Recommends products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Contributes to team effort while accomplishing company goals and objectives
Familiar with general housekeeping rules
Able to follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures of the company
Follow the general cleaning rules to keep his/her work area clean
Any other activity assigned by the company
Participate in all safety programs and training assigned by the company

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree a plus.
90% English fluency
1-2 years experience

Basic math and computer skills required

Familiarity with NetSuite ERP a plus
Ability to adapt to changing work environment
